Meet Amy — Founder of The Rebuild Project
After becoming a mum in 2023, everything in my world shifted. I was navigating life as a new parent, recovering from birth, and adjusting to single motherhood, all while trying to find my way back to myself.
As an athlete with eight years experience as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, I’ve always loved supporting and helping people. But coming back to running postpartum lit a new fire in me:
To help other women find their spark again.
To create space where motherhood and self love can co-exist.
To educate women on what they don’t know about parenthood, the lifestyle changes and learning to prioritise themselves.
The Rebuild Project was born from that mission.
